Contiguous Spectral Data Mask Calculation

Detailed Description

Given a 3D block/stack of imagery spectra, calculate a 2D mask indicating where pixels have valid data at each individual 2D image slice.  The resulting 2D mask will have 0 for non-contiguous spectra across the 3D domain, and 1 for contiguous spectra across the 3D domain.  The idea of this dataset is for users doing band math across the spectral domain, to mask out pixels that don't have valid data across each of the spectral bands.

Short Description

Calculate a 2D mask indicating where pixels have valid data across the entire 3D set.
