Content Manager review checklist
When a data product is sent to you for review, you need to ensure that the fields are filled out correctly, as described in A step-by-step guide to creating a data product page. Refer to this resource for detailed descriptions of all fields.
The following areas should be given particular attention when reviewing a data product page:

- Title and full technical title are consistent with the Naming Convention.
- Background, What this product offers, Applications are filled out, and written in plain English. Spelling and grammar are correct. Content is user-focused (e.g. 'You can access...', instead of 'Users can access...').
- Publication (if applicable) is given in APA 7th edition format with DOI hyperlinked.
- Search function searches keywords in title and tags, so ensure the tags feature main keywords that aren't included in the title.

Access |
- Product ID is consistent with the Naming Convention.
- At least one link has been provided in 'Links to data', 'Links to Maps' or 'Media' tab > 'Files'. The eCat Team requires a link to the data in order to publish. Alternatively, the Product Owner may provide you with a separate download file if it is too large to upload onto the CMI.

Details |
- Spelling and grammar are correct. Terminology and use of acronyms are consistent.
- Any subheadings are formatted as Heading 4 (followed by Heading 5, etc.).
- References are given in APA 7th edition format with DOI hyperlinked.

- Rights statement year is correct.
- Date published - change this to the date that CMI record is actually published.
